Meet the PAE Business Management Team
Paul Donohue moved into the Office Equipment & Print Industry 15 years ago, bringing with him some 15 years experience of delivering Customer Support, and Professional Services via Dealer channels and direct to corporate organisations in the PC Industry. When Paul joined PAE Business in 2009 as Technical Director he had an established understanding of its products, having managed the sale and support of them whilst responsible for the software solutions portfolio at Toshiba UK and more latterly Samsung Europe.
Ian Dunsmore began his career in the Office Equipment and Print Industry over 30 years ago. He spent much of his time at Canon before joining PAE Business as European Sales Director in 2008.
During his early career with Canon, Ian fulfilled a variety of roles, developing existing and new channels before moving into senior roles within the Telecoms industry and then joining PAE Business in his current role.
The key objective of this role with Print Audit is to develop the channels to market for PAE Business, promoting Managed Print Services Solutions, offering dealers, resellers and distributors a portfolio of software to drive sales, and provide customers with optimised printing and workflow solutions.
Rather worrying when you can offer over 30 years of experience in the B2B Market – it was only a stop gap until I found a proper job. That said the 30 years have largely been successful. I started like many of my peers by selling photocopiers and then moved into advising dealers how to sell more copiers, then how to improve their business whilst selling more copiers. I can offer assistance in how to improve in back office automation, logistics developing customer loyalty and improving retention, winning more business and still selling more MFPs.
