PAE Business adds ECI’s solutions to its portfolio
PAE Business, a distributor of ECI’s ‘Print Audit’ products, has expanded its portfolio to include all of ECI’s device management solutions as part of its managed print service offering.
The solutions are available to PAE customers, along with their existing MPS tools, making PAE a single provider for a dealers MPS journey.
ECI’s device management solutions identify and extract data from printers, copiers and multifunction devices – collecting vital device information which can be synchronised with the dealers’ ERP system in real time. This enables dealers to automate toner replenishment, remove the potential of human error through meter entry and ensure customers can track behaviour.
The solutions also help dealers with upkeep and maintenance issues impacting devices and the end user. Proactive, data-driven service increases device uptime, reduces stock, improves first call resolution rates and ensures a great end-user experience.
